1. If we can do10kusd dolloers per month,we can do net 7 terms with our customer,which means to pay half a month with complete PI.

2. If we can do 20kusd dolloers per month,we can do net 15 terms with our customer,which means to pay half a month with complete PI.
And we could offer 120 days guartantee with our customer normally..

When business start here is the terms with our company, pls read carefully:
1. Once PI confirmed, the order can not be cancelled with any reason，otherwise buyer need to pay 30% of the payment for vendor's restock fee.
2. The buyer should pay according to the payment terms exactly as the day for agreement.
3. The vendor can offer**days guarantee since the date of parts arrival to the buyer.Any problem should be posted within the guarantee days, otherwise the vendor have no any responsibility for the parts.
4. A formal testing report should be provided to the vendor when the buyer complain the parts failure.Regarding the test fee, the vendor will not pay for it unless two parties have agreement before the order progressing
5. The exact quantity of the returning parts should be submitted to the vendor before the shipment. The refundment or credit will be given base on the quantity,for which the vendor received finally.
6. When the parts are confirmed with quality problem, vendor will pay and only pay for the shipping fee of outbound by shipping the parts with our shipping account.
